Article 1 – Definitions
Soul Tours Amsterdam: the company offering guided cultural tours.
Customer: any individual or organization booking a tour.
Tour: the guided walking experience. Food and drinks are not included in the tour price.
Article 2 – Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all offers, bookings, and services provided by Soul Tours Amsterdam.
Article 3 – Booking & Payment
A booking is considered final only after full payment has been received.
All prices are listed on our website and include VAT.
Article 4 – Cancellation by Customer
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour are non-refundable.
Rescheduling is allowed once and free of charge, if requested at least 24 hours in advance.
Article 5 – Cancellation by Soul Tours
Soul Tours Amsterdam reserves the right to cancel a tour in case of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure. In such cases, the customer will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Article 6 – Liability
Participation in the tour is at the customer’s own risk.
Soul Tours Amsterdam is not liable for any damage, loss, or injury unless caused by gross negligence or intent.
Article 7 – Code of Conduct
Customers are expected to behave respectfully towards the guide, other participants, and the surroundings at all times.
Article 8 – Complaints
Complaints can be submitted in writing via email to: info@soultoursamsterdam.nl
Article 9 – Privacy & Use of Images
During the tour, photos and/or videos may be taken for promotional purposes.
If a customer does not wish to appear in such materials, they must inform the guide before the start of the tour.
Article 10 – Late Arrival
Customers must arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time.
Late arrivals may miss part of the tour. No refund will be issued for missed portions.
Article 11 – Group Size & Private Tours
Group tours may include up to a maximum of 20 participants.
Private tours are available upon request and require advance booking.
Article 12 – Weather Conditions
Tours take place rain or shine, unless extreme weather makes it unsafe.
Customers are advised to check the forecast and dress accordingly. Soul Tours Amsterdam reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the tour in case of severe weather warnings.
Article 13 – Governing Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law.
Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
